Andy Caldecott Memorial Trust

Eulogy

A long-term Capital Investment Trust set-up for the ongoing support and benefit of Andy's wife Tracey, and their children. The Trust will provide income support for Tracey and the children for the next 25 years.

The Trust will be managed by the Board of Trustees & the Trust Administrator, and will act in accordance with the Trust Deed dated 13th January, 2006 prepared by Solicitors, Lynch Meyer.

KTM Australia is a major contributor and sponsor to the Trust along with the Tatiara District Council, and your support to participate in this community fund would be appreciated.

This proposal is an invitation to support Andy's Family in the future. Andy was a wonderful Ambassador for the Tatiara and for Australia, and this Trust will perpetuate the memories of his achievements.
